    When I reheat them they're never warmed through before at least 2 minutes of microwaving and by that time the papertowel has bound itself to the tortilla and rips it up when i try to unwrap it, also the edge go rock hard. Anybody else have this issue and have any tips?

    Preparing mixed vegetables and fruits for small boxes is the way to go. I'm too lazy to prepare them every day, so I just wash, slice and put them into boxes once a week. I don't really care about if they look perfect, though.

    I made this today. It is delicious! I used chicken breasts instead of thighs. I was careful not to overcook it and was very juicy. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly and it's perfect! I'll be making this often!
